Investigar-se-á os loteamentos enquanto lugares de eventos tendo por objetivo acessar as representaçőes sociais da moradia e da natureza para a populaçăo de baixa renda que mora em loteamento na área de preservaçăo ambiental. Trabalhou-se com a hipótese norteadora de que a prática da ilegalidade está relacionada ŕs representaçőes sociais que os agentes produtores do espaço de Águas Lindas constroem sobre a moradia e a natureza. A teoria estudada e que fundamenta a pesquisa é a das representaçőes sociais e do espaço geográfico ou seja a interdisciplinaridade entre a Geografia e a Psicologia Social. Nas representaçőes sociais os dois processos que săo examinados no âmbito do espaço social săo a objetivaçăo e a ancoragem enquanto dimensăo simbólica que é convertida numa dimensăo real e a realidade dá-se um ar simbólico. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas em dois momentos diferentes: o primeiro com entrevistas semidirigidas a moradores promotores imobiliários e agentes de políticas públicas o segundo com aplicaçăo de entrevistas narrativas somente a moradores dos loteamentos Jardim das Oliveiras I e II. O corpus das entrevistas foi analisado com o auxílio do software ALCESTE. Observou-se que para os moradores o valor simbólico da moradia e da natureza enquanto valor de uso é mais importante que o valor simbólico da troca ou seja da mercadoria. É possível também compreender por meio das representaçőes que a moradia e a natureza estăo em fase de transiçăo que vai do momento no qual se identificavam quando moravam com os pais para outro que justifica a moradia que adquiriram. A Ancoragem se dá porque trazem suas casas anteriores e objetivaçăo porque racionalizam o lugar para poderem viver nele....Resumo em língua estrangeira (inglęs): This paper discuss over the significance from home and nature about to residents of division of land into lots that if they situate on Preservation Environmental of the “rio Descoberto” in other words the lots are illegal before the legislation environmental and urban Brazilian. This research investigated the division of land into lots while place of events and the point is turn up the social representations from home and nature for population of low income this population lives in the area of environmental protection. The hypothesis of this paper have been driven that the practice from illegality is related the social representation as the agents producers of the space of “Águas Lindas” build above the home and the nature. The theory studied and that based the survey is from the social representations and of the geographic space in other words the interdisciplinarity among the Geography and the Social Psychology. On the social representations the two processes that they are tested in the scope of the social space are the objectification and anchor while dimension symbolic is converted on a real dimension and the reality gives something symbolic. The data have been collection by means of interviews two moments different: the first with interviews with the residents prosecutors immovable and agents of public policies and the second with application of interviews narratives only the residents from the division of land into lots “Jardim das Oliveiras I and II”. The “corpus” from the interviews has been analyzed with the aid of the software ALCESTE. It was observed that about to the dwellers the worth symbolic from home and nature while value of use is more important than the worth symbolic from changes in other words from goods. It is possible also understand through the representations of the dwelling and the nature are in phase transitional among moment on which it is identified when they lived with the parents justified the dwelling about acquire. The anchoring is given because they bring it before their homes and objectification because streamline the place to be able to live in it.
