Este artigo procura sistematizar ideias teóricas e metodológicas para compreender como se articulam as novas formas de governança econômica do território, através das estratégias institucionais e or-ganizacionais dos atores locais para mobilização dos recursos e ati-vos territoriais específicos, em projetos coletivos de desenvolvimen-to local. Propõe uma base teórica aplicada para estudos que buscam compreender como se expressam as organizações e as instituições, seus atores e agentes nos ambientes da estrutura de governança ter-ritorial, tendo em vista os vários contextos socioespaciais e territori-ais em curso no Brasil. Deste modo, os Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) e os Circuitos Turísticos aparecem como estratégias inova-doras de governança territorial, dado o caráter próprio de configu-ração da relação entre estado, iniciativa privada e outras instituições sociais.Palavras-chave: Governança territorial. Desenvolvimento territorial GOVERNANCE AND TERRITORIAL EVENTS: Local Productive Arrangements (APLs) and Tours Abstract This article aims at theoretical ideas and methodological approaches to ascertain how the new forms of economic governance of the territory, through the institutional and organizational strategies of local actors to mobilize resources and territorial assets specific collective projects of territorial development. The paper proposes a theoretical basis for applied studies trying to understand how to express the organizations and institutions, its actors and agents in the environments of the structure of territorial governance, in view of the various socio-spatial and territorial underway in Brazil. Thus, the local productive arrangements (APLs) and Tours appear as innovative strategies for territorial governance given the character of its own configuration of the relationship between state, private and other social institutions.
