O presente artigo procura interpretar e discutir as recentes mudanças engendradas no espaço geográfico a partir da globalização, assim como verificar a manifestação do processo nos municípios de Horizonte e Pacajus (CE). Esses lugares, que conheceram nos últimos dez anos uma reestruturação produtiva, se inserem na racionalidade do capital e desenvolvem novas relações de trabalho e de organização do espaço. A estrutura significativa do trabalho buscará indicar a dinâmica espacial nesses municípios a partir da análise da reestruturação das relações sócio-espaciais de produção, da expansão dos sistemas técnicos modernos e da mais recente organização do território urbano. Abstract The present article tries interpreting and discussing the recent changes engendered in the geographical space starting from the globalization, as well as, to verify the manifestation oh the process in the municipal districts of Horizonte and Pacajus (CE). These places, that knew in the last ten years a productive restructuring, interfere in the rationality of the capital and they develop new work relationships and of organization of the space. The significant structure of the work will look for to indicate the space dynamics in those municipal districts from the analysis of the restructuring of the partner-space relationships of production, of the expansion of the modern technical systems and of the most recent organization of the urban territory.
