Resumo
Cora Coralina, poetisa goiana, de vasto reconhecimento nacional na atualidade, produziu uma obra que, vinculada às circunstâncias, aos episódios e ao papel histórico de sua cidade de origem – a cidade de Goiás – traduz-se numa fonte consistente à reflexão entre espaço, literatura e existência. Especificamente no poema Oração do milho, tanto os gradientes composicionais, como os estéticos e políticos, são demonstrações de sua sensibilidade e de sua coragem. O seu milho reza – e grita e denuncia. A leitura do poema, além disso, descortina um notável entrelaçamento de escalas. O debate entre o milho e o trigo, ponto central da espessura criadora do poema, e a declaração do valor do milho no mundo do trabalho e da alimentação dos camponeses no período da troca simples, entrelaça, também, vida, espaço e representação. Pode-se, então, interrogar: como o milho, conteúdo de uma oração, simboliza a vida concreta dos marginalizados de Goiás? O vasto repertório de diálogos com professores e pesquisadores que efetivam trabalhos no campo da geografia interseccionada com literatura e as mãos dadas com várias redes, oferecem a seiva teórica e pedagógica para a execução desse trabalho.

ABSTRACT:
Cora Coralina, a poet from de state of Goiás, widely acknowledged nationally nowadays, produced a work that, linked to the circumstances, to episodes and the historic role of her city of origin - the City of Goiás - translates into a consistent source for reflection between space, literature and existence. Specifically in the poem Prayer of corn, both the compositional gradients, such as the esthetic and politicians, are demonstrations of her sensitivity and her courage. Her corn prays - and shouts and denounces. Moreover, the reading of the poem unveils a remarkable interweaving of scales. The debate between maize and wheat, the central point of the creative thickness of the poem, and the declaration of the value of corn in the world of work and the supply of peasants in the period of simple exchange, twine, also, life, space and representation. One can then ask: how the corn, contents of a prayer, symbolizes the concrete life of the marginalized people in Goiás? The wide repertory of dialogs with teachers and researchers who intentionally work in the field of geography that intersects with literature, and hands with multiple networks, offer the theoretical and pedagogical sap for the implementation of this work.
