Abstract
A configuração do centro espacial de Kourou, uma cidade da Guiana Francesa na Pan-Amazônia continental, é marcada pela coexistência de diferenças étnicas, criando uma convivência controversa e, às vezes, litigiosa. Nesse contexto, as espacialidades dos grupos étnicos de Kourou são apropriadas pelas representações e simbologias enraizadas na memória coletiva que fornece um elemento concreto-referencial de apreensão do sentimento identitário: o território.

ABSTRACT
The configuration of the spatial center of Kourou, a town in French Guiana, in the Pan-Amazonian region, is marked by co-existence between ethnic differences, often leading to a strained, and sometimes disputed, existence. In this context, the spatial occupation of ethnic groups in Kourou is defined by representations and symbology rooted in the collective memory that supplies a concrete and referential element of apprehension regarding the the establishment of an identity: territory.
