Abstract

Import substitution, the brazilian way of development never has and end. It does not surpass is economic dependence, reaching an autonomous development. People is unable to fight against those facts by its own conditions of poverty, ignorance and lack of more cohesion. The country has some areas of weakness in foreign enterprises and immigrants, which are estimulated by developped nations trying make profit with them, leaving the country in a position of easy control.
