Este artigo se refere ao estudo de uma vila chamada
“Con-servatória”, levando-se em conta diversas variáveis a fim de se
avaliar o papel do estilo de música denominado “seres-ta” para atrair
turistas e pessoas que moram na vila. Para alcançar esse objetivo, 105
questionários foram aplicados para turistas e moradores da região, com
diferentes faixas etárias. Esses questionários revelaram que,
independente-mente da faixa etária, a maioria das pessoas são atraídas
para a vila devido ao sossego, à hospitalidade e ao clima do local,
embora o estilo musical da seresta também tenha um papel importante em
atrair turistas e residentes.

This
paper regards the study of a musical district called Conservatória,
taking into account several variables, to assess the role of a style of
music called seresta to attract tourists and people who live in this
district. To reach this target 105 questionnaires have been applied to
different age groups, including tourists and residents. These
ques-tionnaires have revealed that despite the age group most people are
attracted to the district because of the calm-ness, hospitality and
climate. Although the music style also plays an important role in
attracting tourists and resi-dents.
