DESENVOLVIMENTO, SUSTENTABILIDADE E CRESCIMENTO ECONÔMICO: UMA PERSPECTIVA ECOLÓGICA

Resumo

Desenvolvimento é transformação, transição e movimento para um outro estado das coisas. É também denúncia da insatisfação humana em relação ao atual estado das coisas e desejo por uma meta dinâmica que se transforma na medida em que também se transforma a consciência humana. Por meio da compreensão sobre a dinâmica contida na idéia de desenvolvimento, que dá sentido ao processo de desenvolvimento, oferecemos uma análise baseada nesse mesmo princípio dinamizador que define a causa finalista de qualquer ação sócio-ambiental. Sob o escopo dessa análise, procuramos revelar não somente o desejo encerrado na noção moderna de desenvolvimento, mas, sobretudo, a necessidade urgente de impulsionar a noção de desenvolvimento para além de sua concepção baseada no crescimento econômico e de sua versão

Development, sustainability and economic growth:
an ecological perspective
Development is transformation, transition and movement towards another state of the things. It is also the human dissatisfaction, denunciation about the present state of the things and desire for a goal whose dynamics depends upon the human consciousness development. By means of the comprehension on the dynamics within the development idea which provides meaning and direction to the development process, we offer an analysis based on the same dynamics principle which defines the final cause of any integrated social-environmental action. Under this analysis scope we intend not only to reveal the desire within the modern idea of development, but mainly the urgent necessity for pushing the present idea of development beyond the boundaries of the economic growth paradigm, as well as its fake behind the sustainable development veil.
